For contested divorces our costs are broken down into two different levels depending on your particular situation. We NEVER charge by the hour and you will not have to worry about an unpredictable fee. We promise what your costs will be and stick by that promise.
Our Tier 1 is for a Basic Settlement Divorce, and includes the following services:

- Permanent Parenting Plan

- Quit Claim Deeds
- Bills of Sale
- All Filing Fees (normal cost $301.50 – $376.50)
- All Postage
- All Copies
- All Faxes
- Unlimited Email Contact
- Unlimited Office & Phone Consultations
- Attorney Negotiation of Child Support
- Attorney Negotiation of Property Division & Alimony
- Attorney Accompanying You at Mediation & Depositions (Fees paid to mediator will be your responsibility)
Approximately 90% of all our divorces are at this level or below.

Our Tier 2 is for Complex Settlement Divorces, it includes all the services of the Basic plus the following:
- All Temporary Court Hearings for:
- Alimony
- Child Support
- Child Custody

Between $9,500 and $11,500
Addtionally, the following litigation fees are applicable for divorces that cannot be settled after mediation and require final resolution by trial.
- Trial Preparation Fees: From $6,000 to $11,000
- Trial Fees for divorces with:
- Child Custody Contested
- Child Support Contested
- Alimony
- Total for the above: $4,000 to $6,000
- Property Division: $4,000 to $6,000
These trial litigation fees are only applicable for cases that require additional litigation. Only a very small percentage of our cases fall into this category. These fees would not be due until mediation has failed and a trial is required.
