James K. Ferrell. is the founding member of Ferrell Law Firm, PLLC, chairs its Estate and Family Law Practice Group, and is a Mississippi estate planning and divorce lawyer. James K. Ferrell directs all estate and family law representation. He is a author and speaker on estate planning with the media, attorneys, and general public. Mr. Ferrell earned his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and his law degree from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Ferrell holds the designation of registered investment advisor, and is licensed with the national association of securities dealers. Prior to creating the Ferrell Law Firm, Mr. Ferrell was the principal and owner of Savage Ferrell and Ferrell Financial Management.
Christopher R. Johnson is an Associate Attorney of Ferrell Law Firm, PLLC. He is a Tennessee attorney practicing in real estate, probate and estate planning, family law, and divorce. Mr. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and his juris doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He is a native Memphian and a graduate of Christian Brothers High School.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Johnson enjoyed an environmental science career which included involvement with multiple state and federal Superfund sites, as well as numerous U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-managed properties. He and his wife, Angie, currently have their hands full raising two little boys, Aidan and Cash.
